When you order from Haq Fresh Milk, you message us on WhatsApp. The information you share there — typically your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details — is used to prepare the order, confirm today's rate, and deliver to your door.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) for security and reliability. Our site is a simple static website: it does not have user accounts, and there is nothing to log in to.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.
Your order details are only seen by the people at Haq Fresh who prepare and deliver your milk.
Third Parties
The services in the middle.
WhatsApp (Meta): orders and conversations happen on WhatsApp, so your messages are processed under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.
Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google's font service, which receives a standard web request when a page is viewed.
Hosting provider: our website host stores standard access logs for security and uptime. This site is served as static files — there is no database of visitor accounts.
Your Choices
Keep it, or delete it.
We keep order details only as long as needed to run deliveries and keep basic records. If you want your details removed, message us on WhatsApp with the word "Delete" and we will remove your order information from our records.
